I am really impressed with the caliber of speakers that Brewer Caldwell has utilized for their free investment seminars. The last seminar they had on the 27th was well done with Dr. Harold Wong speaking about tax advantages, real estate investing strategies and the mentality of those who are willing to change their financial situation; their mindset. Tom Caldwell also spoke about the Arizona market and gave us a good history on his background with real estate investing which I though was also excellent as a reminder of the cycles of real estate. He mentioned the fact that since we couldn’t be in a real estate boom and growth cycle forever like in 2004-05, that we also can’t be held in a decline/recovery forever either. He said that since we have all of the strong factors in place for Arizona for job & population growth, it is just a matter of time before it will go back up again. It may not hit the 15-25% rates of growth but it will most likely jump back up to the steady 6-10% rate of growth that we had before. It made me think a lot about how real estate investing is really a waiting game and is all about the timing.. As long as you are willing to hang on long enough, you will always win the game no matter what happens with the ‘fair-weather’ market. I’m glad that I can look forward to these free seminars every month to motivate me and pump me up about why I got into real estate investing in the first place. I know if I’m patient with it, it will yield a huge payoff in the end. Thanks Brewer Caldwell

Currently Brewer Caldwell is in the process of getting these seminars to maximum capacity. We have worked with DR. Wong on putting together all day small group seminars on investing. Dr. Wong is a CPA and has been working with millionaires for over two decades helping them with their finances. He knows where they invest their money and what makes them millionaires. This is some of the information that he will provide. If you would like more information please email me at bslade@BrewerCaldwell.com or call me at 480-212-4773.

I wanted to leave a blog message about the exciting new lease option purchase program with Brewer Caldwell. Actually Brewer Caldwell has had a program for lease purchases in place for a number of years now. However, with the recent credit crunch and more stringent loan guidelines more people are unable to qualify for a loan. Unfortunately in the past some other brokerages have set up lease options and stacked the odds against the tenant/buyer. Historically lease options have an 80% failure rate because of unfair contracts. Brewer Caldwell has set up a program that is a “win-win” for both the tenant/buyer and the investor purchasing the home. Brewer-Caldwell has established a program to get people into homes they want and still provide excellent cash-flow deals for investors.
